DTEx™ Gene Expression Analysis
Through the use of DTEx™ Microarray technology and bioinformatics,
the Gene Expression Analysis group at NoAb BioDiscoveries focuses on examining the effects
of drug treatment on the pattern of gene expression in human cell lines and primary hepatocytes.
The objective of this research is to establish whether gene expression patterns can be used as
surrogate markers of adverse drug reactions or predictive markers of potential drug:drug interactions.
DTEx™ Microarrays can be used to explore questions such as:
- Are my hepatocytes qualified for downstream studies?
- Does my drug show an undersirable ADME gene expression profile?
- Do I have a reliable and complete CYP induction profile?
